Further, the details of the aforesaid Chief Financial Officer (CFO) required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 has been attached herewith as Annexure-A.
