Pursuant to Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SEPC has informed that the bid dated 17.07.2023 has been accepted by Drinking Water and Sanitation Department of Government of Jharkhand for a contract price of Rs 427,79,17,280.00 vide their Letter of Acceptance dt.29-11-2023 soft copy received by them today, the 04th of December, 2023. In pursuance to SEBI circular numbered SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, additional details to be disclosed regarding the aforesaid order is annexed in Annexure I to this intimation.
