ING Vysya Bank reports 34% jump in Q4 net profit

ING Vysya Bank has reported results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2013.

The bank’s net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 has surged by 33.68% at Rs 170.30 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 127.39 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. Bank’s total income has increased by 15.56% at Rs 1454.15 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1258.30 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The bank’s net profit for the year ended March 31, 2013 rose by 34.33% at Rs 612.96 crore as compared to Rs 456.30 crore for the previous year ended March 31, 2012. Its total income has surged by 23.46% to Rs 5588.46 crore for the year under review from Rs 4526.57 crore for the previous year.

On consolidated basis, the Group’s net profit stood at Rs 613.18 crore in FY13 as compared to Rs 456.36 crore in the previous year, up by 34.36%. Its total income rose by 23.46% at Rs 5588.33 crore for the year under review as against Rs 4526.46 crore for the previous fiscal.
