The Notice is being sent to all the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners as received from National Securities Depository and Central Depository Services (India) and whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Depositories as on Friday, December 1, 2023 (cut-off date). The voting period will commence from 9.00 am (IST) on Friday, December 8, 2023 and will end at 5.00 pm (IST) on Saturday, January 6, 2024. The above Notice is been simultaneously sent to the Shareholders.
