Omaxe acquires remaining 25% stake in subsidiary companies

Omaxe has further acquired remaining 25% equity shares in its subsidiary companies namely ‘PP Devcon’ and ‘Sri Balaji Green Heights’, in which the Company had pre-acquisition holding of 75% of the Equity Share Capital. Consequently, the above mentioned companies have become wholly owned subsidiaries of Omaxe with effect from December 5, 2023.

Omaxe is an India-based company engaged in real estate and infrastructure businesses. The Company operates in two segments Real estate and Construction.
