Phoenix Township has received approval for acquisition of shares in ‘Green First Estates’ from the shareholders of ‘Green First Estates’, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for the purpose of transfer of land situated at Thivim, Bardez, Goa. The process for acquisition of stake has been initiated and will be completed within 15 working days. The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on December 12, 2023 has approved the same.
