Vindhya Telelinks has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company vide its Circulation Resolution passed on 16th December, 2023, has considered and approved issuance of duplicate share certificates, the details of which are enclosed as required under Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) will follow the prescribed procedure as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022 for issuance of said securities in dematerialized form to the Shareholder.
