In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to its earlier letter Dt.9th November 2023, Bimetal Bearings has informed that the Company’s Registrars and Share Transfer Agents - GNSA Infotech had issued a ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholder at the meeting of the Sub-committee of Share Transfer cum Investors’ Grievance Committee held on 6th December 2023 in lieu of issuing a ‘Duplicate Share Certificate’.
