NMS Global (formerly NMS Resources Global) has completed the acquisition of equity shares of NMS Enterprises. NMS Global has received approval from board of directors for acquisition of a NMS Enterprises as a wholly owned Subsidiary, subject to applicable rule or, regulation and law.
Accordingly, NMS Enterprises has become a wholly owned subsidiary of NMS Global. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on December 16, 2023 has considered and approved the same.
NMS Global provides temporary employment services.
