Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Pearl Global Industries has informed that Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 4,550 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each on December 18, 2023, to those employees of the Company and its Subsidiary Company, who had exercised stock options vested under Pearl Global Industries Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2022. In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, the details of shares issued and allotted as above are enclosed as Annexure - A.
