Ashok Leyland, the Hinduja Group flagship in India, has reported a drop of 14% in April sales at 7,487 vehicles as against 8,686 vehicles in same month previous year.
In April 2013, the sales of its small commercial vehicle 'DOST' witnessed over 1% marginal rise to 2,236 units from 2,218 units sold in the same month of last year.
In April 2013, the sales of its Commercial vehicle – excl small commercial vehicle ‘DOST’ witnessed over 19% fall to 5,251 units from 6,468 units sold in the same month of last year.
