Artson Engineering has informed that, Compliance with the ‘Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices’ (the Code), and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the ‘Designates’ and ‘Insiders’ from 22nd December 2023 till 48 hours of the public announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) of the Company for the third quarter ending on 31st December 2023. All the designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
