Gangotri Textiles has informed that the Nominee Director of the Lender Banks of its Board R.P. Joshua has suddenly passed away on 25-11-2023 at his residence at Tirunelveli. His cessation from the Directorship will be taken up in the ensuing Board Meeting of the Company to be held during the last week of January, 2024 on receipt of his death certificate and the official communication from State Bank of India (Lead Bank) who have nominated him. Consequently, the strength of its Board will be reduced to four, comprising of one Promoter Director and three Independent Directors.
