Salasar Techno Engineering has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at its office situated at Plot No. B-8, 913-916, 9th Floor, Tower-B, Noida One, Sector-62, Noida, UP-201301, Considered and approved to Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company to Rs. 175.00 Crore from existing Rs. 35 crores, Recommended the issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 4:1, 4 (Four) new fully paid-up bonus equity share of Rs.1 (Rupees One only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs.1 (Rupees One only) each held by the Members of the Company as on the Record Date, subject to shareholders and other statutory approvals.
