Raymond’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Raymond Lifestyle has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company by the name Ten X Realty East (TXREL) on December 20, 2023. TXREL has been incorporated with the object to undertake real estate business. TXREL is registered with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra and is yet to commence its business operations.

Raymond is one of India’s largest branded fabric and fashion retailers. It is one of the leading, integrated producers of suiting fabric in the world.
