Futura Polyesters has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for sale of its entire undertaking consisting of Land / structures thereon/Plant & Machinery at its Plant/factory at Chennai, for consideration arrived at by consortium bank empanelled valuers subject to necessary approvals and terms and conditions mentioned therein.
Earlier, the company had suspended the operations at Chennai unit. The company was doing its best efforts to tide over the situation
