Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PDS has informed that a Subsidiary of the Company, NorLanka Manufacturing, incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, has proposed to acquire an equity stake of 26% in Nobleswear, a Company incorporated under the laws of Sri Lanka. The additional details regarding aforesaid acquisition in lines with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated JULY 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-A.
