In continuation to its earlier intimation dated December 20, 2022, Thermax has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (‘NCLT’) vide its order dated December 20, 2023, which was received on December 25, 2023, has approved demerger of the Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of the Company namely, Thermax Cooling Solutions (TCSL/Demerged Company) and Thermax Instrumentation (TIL/Resulting Company). A copy of the said order is enclosed.
