W.S. Industries (India) has informed that the Trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting wherein the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2023 would be considered, for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the company’s code of conduct.
