Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 & amendments thereto, Valley Magnesite Company has informed that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Board Members, officers and designated Employees and their respective Dependent Family Members shall remain closed on and from 1st January, 2024 and will re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31s December, 2023 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further the date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 shall be intimated in due course.
