HLE Glascoat has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company framed and adopted in accordance with the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company for sale/purchase of and for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2024. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) of the Company for the quarter ending on December 31, 2023 by the Board of Directors at its Meeting to be held for the purpose. The date of said Board Meeting for considering the UFR shall be communicated in due course.
