Nimbus Projects has informed that as per the Company's 'Insider Trading-Code', framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto), read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Person & Insiders as per the insiders trading code of the Company during the stated period. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 shall be intimated in due course.
