Lloyds Enterprises has informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its Designated persons (and their immediate relatives) shall remain closed from 01st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/ Designated Persons/ Directors have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
