With reference to its earlier Intimation dated January 25, 2023, August 01, 2023 and October 26, 2023 with respect to setting up a new manufacturing plant to be situated at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Automotive Stampings and Assemblies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular resolution dated December 31, 2023 has extended timeline for addition of proposed capacity at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand from December 31, 2023 to February 29, 2024. Further, it has informed that the rest of the details will remain same as disclosed earlier. Disclosure in accordance with the Para B of Part A of Schedule III under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is given below as an Annexure I.
