Confidence Futuristic Energetech has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, with an effect from Monday, 01st January, 2024. The Trading Window shall remain closed until 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of aforesaid Un -Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchange. The same has been intimated to all the designated persons (including Directors and Key managerial Personnel) of the Company. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to consider and approve the Un-Audited financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended on 31st December, 2023 will be informed in due course.
