Kakatiya Textiles has informed that as per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders and also in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in Company's securities, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended on 31st December, 2023. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended on 31st December, 2023 will be intimated in due course of time.
