Minaxi Textiles has informed that as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time , Trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from 01st January 2024 for all the Directors, Designated persons and their immediate relative(s). The Trading window will be opened 48 hrs after the announcement of Unaudited financial result of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st December, 2023.
