DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations has entered into Share Purchase Agreement dated January 02, 2024 to acquire 51% stake in PYI Technologies. This strategic acquisition is a pivotal move in DroneAcharya's expansion plan aimed at broadening its service spectrum and enhancing its value-added offerings within the drone industry. The Acquisition process shall be completed on or before January 31, 2024.
