PTC Industries has informed that today, on January 03, 2024, they have received request letters from Anshoo Agarwal, Bina Agarwal, Kiran Arun Prasad, Manu Agarwal, Ritika Agarwal, Reena Agarwal and Arun Jawala Prasad, requesting reclassification from ‘Promoter and Promoter Group Category’ to ‘Public Category’ of PTC Industries (the Company) in terms of the provisions of Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations. The said requests will be placed before the board of directors in their meeting and the Company will accordingly apply for/ obtain the requisite approvals.
