With reference to the announcements made on 7th November, 2023 followed by 22nd December, 2023 regarding the alteration of object clause of the Memorandum of Association, The Registrar of Companies (ROC) has approved the alteration of object clause of the Memorandum of Association and granted Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution Confirming Alteration of Object Clause dated 3rd January, 2024. Ashok Alco-Chem has informed that it has enclosed the revised ‘Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution Confirming Alteration of Object Clause’ issued by the ROC confirming the aforesaid.
