Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations) and based on the communication received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (S.K.D.C Consultants), Gangotri Textiles has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal has approved the merger of S.K.D.C Consultants with its holding company Link Intime India. Pursuant to the Order, S.K.D.C Consultants has now ceased to exist as a separate entity and hereafter post-merger is known as ‘Link Intime India’. The details of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents are enclosed.
