Further, in accordance with Raymond's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘Code’) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results by the Company. The closure of Trading Window has been informed to the Designated Persons covered by the Code.
