With reference to intimation dated 29th December, 2023 and 16th January, 2024 relating to the acquisition/purchase of 1,03,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of SBEC Bioenergy from the Moderate Leasing & Capital Services at a total consideration of Rs 40,17,87,000 only, SBEC Sugar has informed that the above said shares are credited in the Company’s demat account and pursuant to the said acquisition, SBEC Bioenergy has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
