Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Eimco Elecon (India) has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 24th January, 2024, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has been appointed Jai Shishir Diwanji (DIN: 00910410) as an Additional Director of the Company to hold office as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years with effect from 1st April, 2024, subject to approval of the shareholders. In compliance with SEBI Order dated June 14, 2018 issued to the Stock Exchanges read with SEBI Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, it has confirmed that Jai Shishir Diwanji is not debarred from holding the office of the Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
