In continuation to earlier announcements made with respect to the Scheme of Arrangement between Sayaji Hotels, Ahilya Hotels, Sayaji Hotels Management, Sayaji Hotels (Indore), Sayaji Hotels (Pune) and their respective shareholders and creditors under section 230- 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, as sanctioned by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench vide its order dated 11th July, 2023, Sayaji Hotels has informed that BSE vide its Notice 20240124-33 dated 24th January, 2024 informed that with effect from Monday, 29th January, 2024 the 30,46,605 Equity shares of Sayaji Hotels (Pune) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange.
