Further, as informed earlier vide our letter no. KVL/SEC/2023-24/73 dated 26th December, 2023, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities by the Promoters, Promoters group, Directors, KMPs, Connected Person(s) and Designated Person(s) has already been closed with effect from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2023.
