Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 01st January, 2024 and shall remain closed upto 48 hours of declaration of Financial Results of the Company i.e. upto 9th February, 2024.
