GPT Infraprojects has acquired the balance 12,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, at a value of Rs 10 per share of Jogbani Highway (JHPL), a subsidiary of the Company from RDS Project, an existing shareholder of JHPL for an amount aggregating to Rs 1.20 crore (Transaction). Consequent to this Transaction, JHPL has now become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and the Company now holds 100% equity stake in JHPL.
