Lloyds Enterprises (LEL) has completed acquisition of 60.38% stake in Lloyds Realty Developers (LRDL) (formerly known as Aristo Realty Developers) on January 31, 2024. The decision to invest Rs 110 crore in LRDL was made on December 06, 2023 to solidify LEL's strategic position in the real estate sector. LRDL is incorporated with an object of carry on the business of Builders, engineers & contractor in all branches of constructions.
