Kaushik Haribhai Vegad, Company Secretary and Compliance officer has confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than those provided in resignation letter. The details of Resignation as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are annexed as Annexure-I.
