Himadri Speciality Chemical’s Wholly Owned Subsidiary - Himadri Clean Energy (HCEL) has completed acquisition of 100% Equity Shares of Himadri Future Material Technology, by way of purchase of Equity Shares from the existing shareholders of the Target Company.
Consequent to the said acquisition, Himadri Future Material Technology has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of HCEL and a step down wholly owned subsidiary of Himadri Speciality Chemical with effect from February 1, 2024. By this acquisition, the company will set up the manufacturing facility for Cathode Active Material through Step down WOS.
Himadri Speciality Chemical is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of carbon materials and chemicals. The company has operations in India and caters to both domestic and international markets.
