With reference to its intimation dated January 25th, 2024, Minal Industries has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company that was scheduled to be held on January 2 2024, is rescheduled due to unavoidable reasons/circumstances and now will take place on February 14 2024, to consider and approve IND-AS compliant Standalone & consolidated un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2023. Pursuant to its intimation dated December 30 2023 the trading window of the Company shall remain closed till February 16, 2024; to consider approve IND-AS compliant Standalone & consolidated unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2023. The approved results will be uploaded on BSE website after conclusion of the said meeting.
