With reference to mail dated 02nd February 2024 requiring the submission of revised Corporate Announcement enclosing the resignation letters of CS & CFO as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Semac Consultants has informed that as intimated to the stock exchanges, was transferred to the resultant Company in order to give effect to the Composite scheme of Arrangement approved by National Company Law Tribunal vide its order dated 14th June 2023. It also enclosed the resignation letters of CS & CFO.
