Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Evoq Remedies has informed that it submitting the Revised Annual Report for Financial Year 2021-22 due to discrepancy related to Related Parties Transactions in the Audit report. They were already submitted Annual Report for the Financial Year 2021-22, for the rectification the discrepancy they are submitting this revised Annual Report. There is no change in Annual Report other than Addition in Annexure in Directors report i.e. Annexure 3 and Disclosure of Related Parties transactions.
