Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese has decided to form a fully owned (100%) special purpose vehicle (SPV) in free-zone in the UAE for routing its investments into the Oman Ferrochrome Project. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 13, 2013 has approved for the same.
Apart from investments into the existing project, the SPV is also being formed to facilitate future global investments contemplated by the company.
Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese is engaged in the generation of electricity from its captive hydro electric power plant in Kerala, India. The company also involves in ferro alloy smelting.
