HCL Infosystems has joined hands with Philips to provide contact centre service support for its consumer lifestyle products. The contact centre is established at Noida for providing pan-India service support. This partnership also marks HCL’s foray into after sales services in consumer lifestyle product space.
The company’s support and service division, HCL Care, will also handle the distribution and sales service of spares of Philips consumer lifestyle products in India. The service personnel will be jointly trained and developed by HCL Care and Philips.
HCL Care provides end-to-end support services for various IT, telecom and consumer electronics products.
