Kiri Industries has received approval for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in Singapore. The proposed WOS to be incorporated shall attend and explore the future business opportunities and carry out business relating to wholesale trading of a variety of goods and investment & Financing activities. The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on February 12, 2024, has approved the same.

Kiri Industries (KIL) is one of the largest manufacturer and exporter of wide range of Dyes, Intermediates and Chemicals from India.
