Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Chennai Ferrous Industries has informed that the Company has received (through its RTA-Cameo Corporate Services) the requests for issuance of duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original share certificate lost. The Company is in process of issuance of duplicate share certificate subject to compliance of required formalities. Details of the shareholders and share certificate are enclosed.
