Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Wardwizard Foods and Beverages has informed that, the Company has appointed Kushal Palkhiwala as an Associate Vice President- Marketing & Branding with effect from 17th February, 2024. The details as required under Regulation 30 of The SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11th July, 2023 and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, is enclosed in Annexure I. Upon such appointment Kushal Palkhiwala is designated as Senior Management as per the provisions of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2023/117, dated 17th January, 2023 and Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
