The Corrigendum is being issued to modify the record date from Tuesday, March 12, 2024 to Tuesday, March 26, 2024 for determining the entitlement and the names of the eligible shareholders / beneficial owners to whom the letter of offer will be sent and who will be eligible to participate in the Buyback, if approved by the Members of the Company.
